Then cut down 13 more trees. Good workout all the way around.
Then continued on with my hunt planning. :)

We had a die-off of ash trees here the past 2-3 years. Then a micro-burst and hail storm came through this past May and snapped many of them. It looked bad enough with dead trees all around my house, but after the storm it got ugly. I am almost done with my place. However, my neighbor stopped by last night and wants me remove 10-12 for him. He is an older gentleman so I will give him some assistance on Friday afternoon. Then I believe I will have had enough! I'll be good on wood for the next 2 years.
It's a good fitness regimen. LOL

I have added 2 mile runs into my schedule twice a week. Upping the cardio mildly to keep pushing the overall body weight down and of course keep prepping for deer season. I am a bit more sore than I have been in a while...

We bought a family swim pass that included our new indoor pool. Very nice facility with plenty of lanes for distance work. Been really enjoying it.

Last weekend we did 4.1 miles of intense hills with the horses. Walk/ride about 50/50. Tough on all of us.

nice on the trees, small enough to not worry, but big enough to not want to screw up.

I have done a fair amount of firewooding.

Friday
No workout after work drove to my inlaws on the eastside of the state so we could get ready for my sons first birthday party on Saturday evening

Saturday
They have a pool so swam for about 45 mins during the party. Other wise was busy cooking and making sure that things were set up

Sunday
Left the inlaws went to west side of state to for my cousins open house. After geting home and getting boys to bed went for a run. ( try and burn off all the parties foods). After run did some lifting.

Front raises. 3 sets 10. 20lbs
Lateral raises. 3 sets 10. 20lbs
Bicep curls. 3 sets 15. 20lbs
Triceps press. 3 sets 10. 20lbs
Ab crunches. 3 sets 50
Chest flys. 3 sets 20. 20lbs
Dumbell punches. 3 sets 20 20lb
30 sec planks. 3 sets
T pushups. 1 set 10. 20lbs
Lunge(alternating) 2 sets 15 20lb

Weighed in today instead of monday due to being out traveling. Went up to 271. That up 9 pounds from my low begining of May. I finally got my workouts back in to routine now to get my calories back under control. Been really good through out the day. So breakfast snack lunch and most of time dinner. Whats been my issue is night eatting before bed. Thats my new task to work on now that ive got my workouts back to normal. Also having three parties this week ( 2 open houses and a birthday) didnt help. Not happy with the gain and im not giving up on my goal of 250 by October 1 my bow opener here. I just need to find my will power back at night time. Thanks for the support guys i know this is just a small bump in the road along my lifestyle change.

Hang in there marcusvdk. We all have a setback here and there when working towards a goal.
You are much more disciplined than I am when it comes to working out and I'm sure you won't be deterred from your goal.
