if you have the ability to put 2 into a target after working out. do it. So much fun. I know not everyone has a range at there house, but a couple of bb gun shots into a can, a couple of bow shots. It just helps the shooting with the sweat in the eyes, ect.

Hang in there Marcus
I'm on vaca this week but dealing with a bit of poison ivy from all the wood cutting. Dropped 40 trees in passed 2 weeks.
Going for a beach run now.

Feels weird between the work trip and this past week being sick only had 1 run in 2 weeks. Going to take a little bit to get back into the groove of running. Hopefully not to long cause got a race end of July

Went for a run im still not one hundred percent yet and felt it on my run my sinus issue made it hard to get my breathing right for my run. That and being 2 weeks off of running im a little out of my peak condition. Was about 3 mins slower then i would like

Stepped on the scales this morning and realized I have already dropped 9 lbs since finding out I had drawn a Nevada bull tag over Memorial weekend. My target is 20 lbs, so almost half way there already.

Jogging routines are getting easier and looking forward to extending the lengths of each session.

Back from vaca. 1st day back, cut down 12 more trees.
2nd day back, burn the largest brush-pile seen by modern man. lol
I plan to hit the weights tonight after work and then drop the remaining 3-4 trees in the area I've been working.

Marcus,

Seems you've hit a wall after being sick. I agree, time to start mixing things up. Also, I recommend increasing your running mileage.
Have some fast days and some slower/longer distance runs.

Totally i got a workout ball to do some more excercises on, i need to start lifting more then once a week probably break my hour workout into smaller groups just to give me more time, start doing tabata again as a pre workout on non run days and start doing hill sprints once a week. Along with a longer run once a week.

Biggest thing is getting my diet back to where it should be have let it slip last few weeks
