Feels weird between the work trip and this past week being sick only had 1 run in 2 weeks. Going to take a little bit to get back into the groove of running. Hopefully not to long cause got a race end of JulyHang in there Marcus
I'm on vaca this week but dealing with a bit of poison ivy from all the wood cutting. Dropped 40 trees in passed 2 weeks.

Totally i got a workout ball to do some more excercises on, i need to start lifting more then once a week probably break my hour workout into smaller groups just to give me more time, start doing tabata again as a pre workout on non run days and start doing hill sprints once a week. Along with a longer run once a week.Marcus,
Seems you've hit a wall after being sick. I agree, time to start mixing things up. Also, I recommend increasing your running mileage.
Have some fast days and some slower/longer distance runs.
Yeah I mean I haven't completely Let It Go but I haven't been as strict as I should be10-4
Get the diet in place and make it a lifestyle.
