Nice work glad to have you join inI’d like to jump in on this thread...seems the last 3 or 4 months I have gained a significant amount of gravity - almost 4 months (Nov-Feb) of our fat man style of whitetail & quail hunting does that to me most years. Expecting to draw a good CO deer tag this year so I Started back in gym for real last week. Legs today:
3x15- leg extensions @ 220
3x20 - leg curls @ 205
3x20ish - glute extensions @ 135
3x30 - inner & outer thighs @ 140
3 sets 30 sit-ups
3x40 lunges holding 50lb dumbbell each hand
100 box steps
did the same workout last Thursday and could barely walk on Saturday & Sunday.
Mattress to soft?hips hurt this morning doing my t25. Might be sleeping on the floor. Been on the floor for about a week now. for some reason, i go in spurts sleeping better on the floor than in the bed.
Excuses you dont need sleep lolNevada MRS is killing my workout groove this week!
We replaced our worn out mattress a year ago, and I have nothing but regret over the "upgrades." Our first new replacement was far too hard, and so we took the loss after only 3 months and got a Sleep Number bed. That was a big improvement, but I still have nights where I have to move to the camping hammock that I hang in the loft. I have a Hennessy hammock and spent over 200 nights sleeping in it during my canoe guiding days. If I was single, I would get rid of the bed entirely and hand the hammock in the BR.I wish i knew, but i have been sleeping on the floor at different times , most of my life.
