still pounding away at the treadmill....gonna run out of episodes of SHEILD on Netflix pretty soon :)

oh, and for all the cheap skates like me, I found some great weights just sitting in the shop. Turns out I have about 2 tons of weights in fact.....they are realllllllly small, size 6,7,7.5 and 8 shot, all conveniently prepackaged in 25 pound weight :). perfect to put in my pack and to lift. they also fit really nicely in 5 gallon buckets.....

Let's keep this up. I am working on some fun things for Big Man Challenge this spring.

Today was a rest day for me, have to look at my weekend schedule to see if I need to run or do legs tomorrow morning and then what I will be doing on Sunday night for a workout.

I coach wrestling and practice with the team pretty much everyday so I get my weights and cardio all in one. I'm gonna start running and lifting before and after practice now

2 hr hike with about 50#. Sprinkled in some dips, push-ups,and crunches at half way point. Good elevation on the route. Fast pace.

Did Insanity Cardio last night, a storm rolled in that left a layer of ice on all the roads I was intending to run.
