Not my fastest interval time but I am happy with it for my first real cardio work since the end of October.

If I was feeling better, I'd do 35 mins on elliptical and bi/tri. Mostly do all this at home but head to the rec center for leg day so I can do leg curls, good/bad girls and squats
Never heard of something called good/bad girls before when it comes to working out...

Year round here. I'm nursing plantar fasciitis, but training for a Spartan race in May. Hopefully my foot will heal up by then.

I've always worked out and have done some 50k trail runs. Started crossfit first of November and can already feel the difference. Great training that is very functional. I do the crossfit 2-3 times a week, do cardio on the off days, do a long hike on Saturday and rest on Sunday.

Cardio Monday: Just 3 miles on 3%incline and weighted in 26:05 (Roughly 8 1/2min/mi) Working my way down
Did not have a lot of time, but was good workout. Hoping for a longer 5+ run later this week.
Weather has been iffy in Ohio, thus the treadwheel of pain has been in use.

6:00am,,,,that's dedication bro! :)
Sadly I have a guy who calls me before I even get started working out and he is finishing up and heading to his office.

Time constraints dictate that I have to work out in the mornings before work if I want to have any chance of getting a decent workout in. Life is busy!

Understood Scott. I've been there in the past. Cardio is definately easier than lifting weights at 6am.
I've often thought, I can balance this barbell on my chest and almost nap! lol Probably not a good thought, eventually it has to go back up! :)

I started up just hitting the treadmill in the garage. I'm 30% disabled according to the VA (they kinda own all the hardware in my knee). Since my age went north of 40 9 years ago, my physical shape has always been my limiting factor when it came to hunting.
About a month ago I got a series of shots in my knee that have made a world of difference! "Rooster Boosters" is what they call them. I'll get them every 6 months. So, here we go. Fired up Netflix and walked 2 episodes of Archer (40 min), a whopping 2.7mpg at 5% incline. Now we just gotta keep going so I can chase those crazy antelope around in Wyoming next year. Well...actually so I can keep up with my wife chasing antelope..cant let her get them all :)

Back and bicep this morning.

I think I have acquired a tractor tire for cardio sessions as well. Should be good stress relief beating that thing with a sledge hammer!
