Friday: jogged 8 miles with a co-worker.
Bow season starts here in Ohio Sept. 24th. My workouts will be curbed until the time change. :)

Day off weigh in i was up one pound

Monday
Rode recumbent bike 30 mins on cross training setting got 9.75 miles

Also did an ab workout
Crunches 3 sets 30
Leg lifts 2 sets 15

Also got good news last week. I had put my story of my weight loss and how i was doing it in to a program call ZP challenge. There whole idea is about setting small goal work at it for 5 weeks then set another goal to build on thr first etc. Well the have contest for peoples stories and i found out i was one of the finalists 4th place and won a nice monetary prize. Along with a photo shoot this coming weekend to place with my story to help inspire others to make better choices. Im still kinda letting it sink in but think my story will help others see its possible.

P.s thanks for all your support on here guys it truly helps

120 mile float, 10 days turned to 11. Rained so hard we where tent bound for 2 days. Did some floating in the pitch black (I don't recommend that), but we where 2 for 2. Hopefully I get home tonight.

Also had my photo shoot today for my zp challenge win, promotional stuff

Talked to a buddy who recommended doing tabata workout. So looked it up and seemed interesting. 20sec then 10 sec rest is a set do 8 sets of an exercise then min rest and then do next exercise for a total of 4 exercises. It worked out good i was feeling burnt out after doing the 15 mins.

My exercises were
Knee tucks
Squats
Mountain climbers
Jumping jacks
Then did 20 mins recumbent bike 20 mins on rolling hills setting

I took last week off due to work and other activities.
I'm hitting the workouts hard again tonight.

Good work to all those who post in this thread. It's like having a w/o partner to hold you accountable for those of us that workout alone.

Got the goat hunt done in one day. Planned 6 days packed in on this hunt but the snow would have kept us from getting to where we wanted to go. Actually very happy that we got it done so quickly. Even with the training I did for this hunt I'm very sore. Legs are sore still. My upper back was killing me when we got back to the truck too.
I will say I was in much better shape then my hunting partner. I continuously had to stop and wait for him. Even when I got to the truck I dropped my pack, drank a bunch of water then went back up to take his pack from him and get it to the truck so he could get there himself. I don't think I would have been able to do it if I hadn't trained so I'm pretty happy about my workouts.

All said and done I'm sore but I would be in much worse shape if I didn't work out.
