Peachtree City, GA.
Did my Thursday workout on elliptical. Loaded backpack with over a 100# and went for an hour on toughest hill climbing setting with most resistance. Liked to killed me but I marched on. Been doing lots of hills and bleachers with pack loaded up with 40-50 lbs. About 3 miles a day. Leave for CO in about 72 hours. Bout that time.

Haven't been on to post, but I've been hitting the weights and running. 4-5 days per week.
Congrats to everyone who worked hard to get into shape for this season. Let's work hard to maintain a reasonable lifestyle after season. Good luck to everyone! I can't wait for my season to start.

Lifted Saturday morning then 3.7 miles of hills with the packs. Shot Friday, Saturday, Sunday. My wife is a crack shot off sticks. Had to ask her about technique, made me proud. We are both slimming down and our endurance is good. 16 days.

Nice job, Marcus. I think I need to go from my current 205# to 185# to be competitive at grappling tournaments. I work with guys in the 186-205# category and hold my own, but feel 185# would be a better fit. And probably healthier.

Yeah i like 225 as a good goal point. When i was in college i lost a lot and was down to 219 at one point and to me i looked almost to small. The muscle build i have. I have a hard time seeing 185 which is my optimal bmi for my height

Phones been acting up and shutting down so have been mapping my runs afterwards and inputting my overal time. Sucky part is no interval times. New phone this week sometime i hope had to upgrade to a newer version cause they were no longer supporting the software on my current phone.

Was going to try for a 4.5 to 5 mile run but my back was really sore after the 2.5 mile mark and decided not to push past the 3 miles
