Congrats on the new time Marcus.
I've been busy finishing fall projects around the house before I leave for WY this weekend.

a year or so ago, athiker posted a vid of an exercise called man makers. they work. I try and do them daily in my office and I have been impressed with this simple little exercise. just thought I would share.

Nine days off the grid and untold miles of overland desert travel just ended. So glad I am strong enough to do it. Curious to see what I lost.

Only had to carry out one deer as my tag went unfilled, but not for lack of opportunity. Last hour of the last day had me scrambling after a big buck, who will be bigger next year. :)

Ran my race on sunday it was a nice brisk morning at 42 degree when the race started which i liked having about halfway. Here are the results

I finished the race with my best overal time ever for even a 3 mile run let alone the extra .1 miles. 29:06. I was thrilled to make a great time. I ended up finishing first on my mens age range.and getting a gold medal for it. And was only behind overall winner by 8:40. It was a great day.

Also weigh in day and broke through my little stale mate and lost 2.6 pounds to go down 88.4 pounds overal. Now hopefully my two lazy days and reward eatting last two days doesnt change that lol
