SLP challenge day 18 the hard one lol jumping day and walking planks

Ab workouts And some lifting skipping cardio today

3x20 bicep curls
3x15 tricep curls
3x15 shoulder press
2x30 crunches
2x20 individual leg lift with crunch each leg
2x15 side leg lifts each leg
Super man crunches
And then some nice muscle relaxing stretches and movements to loosen up a little

Gonna extend my trail tonight.

After free-falling onto that trailer hitch last Saturday and pretty much destroying my shoulder I am not really up to doing much lifting right now. I wont be drawing a bow for at least another week. Not even a kids poundage bow. lol

I wish I could blame it one that.

I was in a hurry and I was stepping from the hitch of the camper up into the bed of my truck to get a 2-5/16 Reese-hitch out of the back of my truck. Muddy boot slipped off the tailgate and down I came. Its been a LOOOOOOONG time since I took a spill that hard.

4 things:
- No, I was not drinking that day.
-The first thing that came to mind was that I was going to have to go to a hospital (Which is not a good spot to be at right now).
-I am lucky I am not drinking my food through a straw for the rest of my days. (a foot to the left and I would have broken my back and or neck).
-My entire shoulder is now yellow....and I think I just now (6 days later) got all of the air back in my lungs.lol

Elliptical jog. Fastest speed I've gone in quite awhile

2 mins warmup
6 rounds (45 sec speed, 1.5 min steady)
3 rounds ( 2 mins speed, 2 mins steady)
1 min cooldown

Heart was pounding so did 3 extra mins of cooldown after workout

SLP challenge also and did a 3x15 set of standing row with my resistance band

Kids were getting stir crazy so we brought them to the park and let my oldest ride his bike well we walked the long loop around the park.

The second hike I brought my oldest with me to a public land rec area that has trails but also is open to public hunting. Was a combo exercise scouting mission since turkey season opens next Saturday. Luckily our governor hasn't closed down out door activities.3023230233
