Recumbent bike again 20 mins 6.85 miles the elliptical ifit was on over load on the system and wouldn't work when I tried to use it lol to many people on the system.


New week of the SLP challenge means increasing in reps. 30011 day 8

SLP challenge day 9 the walking planks got me today.

I'm fortunately still employed and busier than normal, but keeping up with walks, bike rides, situps, pushups.
Everyone keep after it and stay healthy!
