Depends who you ask ... my brain or my body. My brain is still 21 and wants to backpack in 10 miles solo for bull moose, climb a mountain solo for mountain goat, etc, etc all with just a poncho and a couple of MREs. I have done that stuff in the past ... But now my body is trying to make me...

As designed, youth did pull alot of tags ... but quite a few normal "adult" tags were issued also.

I understand your point but I disagree. I would not be on board with changing the plan midstream on NR who have invested in points for years & years (note: I haven’t so this isn’t about me). I believe those folks should be given some form of compensation.

Conrad, You might have some valid points, but you’ll have a better chance of convincing others if you use facts to back up your statements. You just said, “ This is not fact but in my opinion …” and then you wrote “FACT” at the end. I’m sorry but that’s still just your opinion.

Better check your facts. - Colorado made EVERYONE front the whole license fee, not just NR ... so it was very equitable actually. Also, after a year CO DOW decided to stop that policy because enough NR's didn't like it. Does Wyoming plan to re-evaluate their 90-10 policy after a year and stop...

Agreed, What’s fair is debatable. Do you consider it fair that some NR have been spending hundreds of dollars on points for 20+ years and now they will be basically told “tough luck”?
