    So update for you guys i havent been updating my weight since begining of November when i hit 219.8. I have gained a few pounds back from that right now hovering around 223-224. Honeslty think its from muscle gain from lifting but im not putting anymore then that. So im kinda happy hoping...

    Decided to rearrange my taxidermy wall well i was stuck on quarantine for 2.5 weeks. The empty slot above the walleye is for a replica of my 27 inch lake trout that is scheduled to bendone by the taxidermist.

    Thursday 10 min ab workout. Really kicked my but did an intermediate level instead of beginning. I did have to pause it once to get a 30 sec break other wise it was straight through no breaks
