Yeah … ya gotta practice, practice, practice. I shot so much over the last year I burned out my barrel and had to replace it before my Antelope hunt. There’s no substitute for practice.

I got some exercise hunting Antelope the last couple of days.

I got my Antelope 30 minutes after sunup the first morning of the season. Couldn’t have found such a great spot to set up camp and hunt without Colorado Cowboy who came along as my “guide”. He’s an awesome friend who I really enjoyed sharing a campfire with. Thx CC !!

I was on a spring grizzly near hunt in Alaska once and after watching a sow with 2 large cubs until dark I was hiking back to my tent in pitch black when a patch of alders exploded right next to me. I thought a Grizzly was about to jump me but it was a moose that ran right past me.
