Older guns, especially quality ones, still work fine. I have a Ruger M77 (tang safety) in 25-06 that I bought new in 1970 that I use as my go to gun for deer & antelope. I have probably killed 100 or more deer & antelope with it and it still shoots moa groups.

Luckily for us the storm was before hunting season. If we would have been our camp area, we would have been in deep Do Do! The road has some spots that are pretty bad and the snow covering them up would make it pretty bad.

Man there is a lot of snow. I2 to 18" where I start up the mountain! Snowed all day to day and more coming today and tomorrow. Came home today and going back Saturday.
