    Peeping Tom buck

I caught this cool looking buck peeping into our living room window, late one night. Photo taken thru the plate glass window. You can see the reflection of a hand cream bottle.

    Brass Trimming

B.C. I agree completely. I just don't shoot very far. I do trim for consistency but only when they lengthen out closer to max or when I use a crimp groove to crimp into. I'm a 300 yard or less kind of guy!

    Brass Trimming

Personally, I wouldn't worry about trimming any of them yet. If you're loading for hunting and not necessarily precision shooting the difference in length is too minor to have an effect. I only trim when cases get close to the listed maximum length.

    Another bear attack

It is a good moose area. We had a wild brown bear break into our local zoo last night. It killed an alpaca! F&G killed the bear!

    Another bear attack

I don't have many details but a hunter was killed by a bear near the Chisana river. I know that Tok air flew the person into the field. I've flown into that area many times. The guide that I knew in the area is no longer in business, thank goodness! Prayers go out for the persons family.
