Lifting
Leg extensions 2 x 10 50lbs
Bicep curls 2x12 20lbs
Tricep curls 2x12 20lbs
Chest flys 2x10 10lbs per arm
Dumbells punches 2x20 10lbs
Bench press 2x10 40lbs

Just a light lift as I'm still working back into the strength portion.

Bench press 2x12
Shoulder press 2x12
Side arm raises 2x12 resistance band
Standing row 2x12 resistance band

Also used my 6lb medicine ball and held it over head slamming it down and catch it in front of me off the bounce. 2 sets min long

10 mins walk on treadmill 2.5mph
4 min cooldown dropping the pace 0.5 mph each minute.

Still on lighter weights but this work out felt good
