Doctor cleared me for puree and going back to work. Said I'm doing great they were happy with the a 19 pounds I've lost since surgery and set a 30-40 more loss goal for my 3 month post op appointment

They side I was good to start working out with the resistance bands. And increasing my walking or bike riding to what my body is allowing. Was so nice to have some different food yesterday lol

Friday
Went to a Hunting and Fishing outfitter expo big place walked around a lot. Talked to one outfitter for a bit and got some brochures.

Saturday
Brought the kids to Legoland and walked a large outlet mall. With a bass pro shop in it.

Then got home did 20 mins on the recumbent bike 6.08 miles

Keep after it all!! Starting phase 2 of Gooseapalooza tomorrow. Lots of bend downs to pick up decoys😀
I think I developed flagging arm as its sore in the elbow. Not even sure if thats a thing🤪

Started the 10 day program this week. Great week to start it after a crazy week at SHOT and a duck season that made morning workout routines a bit of a challenge. Monday started with a deadlift/cardio combo and today was isolation tris mixed with a little chest.

Tuesday: Still fighting a bit of a head cold and long work hours but managed a 6.55 mi speed workout on the treadmill
Got to go out of town for work on sunday night, but hoping to get out for one for archery deer hunt on saturday before season closes.

Not really, but I know what your talking about. Pretty sure his combination of 1,500 pushups and 3,500 situps PER DAY blow what i'm doing out of the water.

I've just found that regardless of how busy I am I seem to be able to find time to do a hundred of each, better than nothing I guess.
