Started the 10 day program this week. Great week to start it after a crazy week at SHOT and a duck season that made morning workout routines a bit of a challenge. Monday started with a deadlift/cardio combo and today was isolation tris mixed with a little chest.
Tuesday: Still fighting a bit of a head cold and long work hours but managed a 6.55 mi speed workout on the treadmill
Got to go out of town for work on sunday night, but hoping to get out for one for archery deer hunt on saturday before season closes.
