Figured I'd add some arm pictures in. Starting to get some defanition on the arms after a few weeks. Wife even commented on my arms and the muscle defanition I'm starting to get made me feel pretty good.

Got in a solid 30 minutes on elliptical this morning then 5 minutes of cool down walking. Cleans tomorrow morning, should be pretty interesting.

i have talked about this chick before. But Emilee just did a trail run in washington. 53 miles. 9000 vert, her moving time was 14.5 hrs. impressive to say the least.
I have been trying to ride and do my workouts. work has been seriously busy.
I do get to go on a river trip next week. so looking forward to that.

Saturday was a drive and touring day for our anniversary

Sunday
We went on a 3 mile hike and then some shopping in the downtown local shops before hitting the beach and swimming in lake michigan for a awhile. So got some workout time in and staying active.
