Saturday work and then a wedding

a pretty good mtn bike ride on saturday and a whitewater run on sunday. defintalty had worse weekends.

Monday
Was the wifes birthday so took her to her favorite state park. For the afternoon. We went on a hike to the lighthouse that's only accessible by hiking. I had to split the routing on my workout platforms cause my phone died. So first part is to the light house and on MMR and missing a quarter mile of the hike cause in forgot to start it. The hike to the lighthouse was about half sand and sand dunes for the trail we took. The hike back is off my fit bit and that trail was gravel crushed concrete.

Definitely go to ludington state park and tour around if you get a week hit this state park and then head about 1 hour north to the sleeping bear dunes taking M22 some of the most beautiful places on the lakeshore

Got after it pretty good this morning. Light Deadlift, jog and then intervals on the bike for about 8 minutes to close it out.

Split wood with my dad and also dead lifted some monster pieces of maple with him to the bed of his truck.

Had to pick kids up from in laws after work no workout

overnighter on the bike. spent the night listening to a vocal herd of elk, saw a couple of bull moose on the way home. now back to the realities of work.
