That's still a good pace in my book, especially for those conditions. What is your weight, if you don't mind me asking. I'm lugging 185ib on a 5'9" frame.
Thanks man! It was slick to say the least. Sounds like we?re built similarly, you?re a lil bulkier though, i?m 5?6? & 165lbs currently. My summer, trimmed down weight is 155-157. Wish i could get to a solid 170ish but i struggle to gain muscle without getting excess body fat that I hate trying to burn off every spring.

60 mins recumbent 21.21 miles. I tried to but the setting up one more but its maxed for the cross training cause the top set in the run is at max resistance

Sry bonecollector skipped your challenge today to try for my challenge. 3 miles in 30 mins on the elliptical. Didn't make it but I did gain about a tenth of a mile from last try.

Thanks man. I used to run 9 min paces but this past summer started having issues with one of my feet going numb about 2 miles into my runs so by August I stopped running and went to workout videos and my recumbent stationary bike. And just starting back into the running mid January about 2 times a week.

I'm on call, so sitting around waiting on the phone to ring. Jumped on my wife's new recumbent bike, 30 minutes 6.6 miles. Goes from 1-20 resistance, could get it up to 17, but I really don't know how you could ride for any amount of time at 20 without being able to stand up, it's like peddling a bike without wheels!

Sunday...active rest day, but feeling froggy so I attempted to break my 10 mile PR on my spin bike of 20:10. Feeling pretty awesome right now!!! Got it by a mere 14 seconds.
