Thanks man! It was slick to say the least. Sounds like we?re built similarly, you?re a lil bulkier though, i?m 5?6? & 165lbs currently. My summer, trimmed down weight is 155-157. Wish i could get to a solid 170ish but i struggle to gain muscle without getting excess body fat that I hate trying to burn off every spring.That's still a good pace in my book, especially for those conditions. What is your weight, if you don't mind me asking. I'm lugging 185ib on a 5'9" frame.

Thanks man. I used to run 9 min paces but this past summer started having issues with one of my feet going numb about 2 miles into my runs so by August I stopped running and went to workout videos and my recumbent stationary bike. And just starting back into the running mid January about 2 times a week.Nice work Marcus, you?ll get it!!
