Stacked a lot of firewood and fixed car on Sunday afternoon. Bit sore today, but plan to hit my chest w/o tonight.
Contemplating what to do; Stay at same weight on heavy worksets (I did all sets/reps last week - but tough), or move up +5lb
I'll see what the body says tonight. At some point, I'll cut back the reps/sets in order to hit a heavier press, just not sure I'm there yet. My training is much different now that I do a lot of cross training and cardio (bike/run) than when I was stickily a powerlifter.

28 outside, 3mile run, 24 mins flat...off pace but I think the alcohol IV that just came out on Saturday is mostly to blame
Bi, Tri, Shoulder workout to follow this evening.

Nice Work Marcus! You and Zpooch fired me up tonight and it was very much needed! I believe I capped out on the five sets of five and will now move to five sets of four.

30 minutes of HIIT consisting of elliptical, burpees & spin bike this morning followed up by chest & abs late this afternoon. Running should be a blast tomorrow morning in 2” of ice and snow.

Tuesday.

Have someone on LOA at work so helping out that department. Worked a 10 hour shift on short sleep.

Workout today was shoveling snow for 30 mins.

Was the really heavy wet snow as it was switching back and forth from freezing drizzle to snow. Had a foot and a half in the end of the driveway about 6 feet up the drive way rest was 6 inches deep of snow. My backs feeling the workout tonight.

Ran 3 miles in treacherous conditions at best, ice covered everything & 40mph wind/squalls - 25:10
Back and leg workout for 50 mins....very very sore from taking last week off and switching things up some....must be working.

That's still a good pace in my book, especially for those conditions. What is your weight, if you don't mind me asking. I'm lugging 185ib on a 5'9" frame.
