Between some messed up stuff and work and working funny hours to fix it and date night with the wife Saturday didn't work out. Didn't est the best 2 out of 3 of those days either.

Weigh in up 1.5 pounds to 345. But I'm starting to find my groove with my working out and food again and see this as only a little blip in the process.
Signed up for the cider run again I do in May where we run through the orchard. It's more of a fun run with some walkers so I'm going to try and run my best, walk when i need to since I havent run out side since my foot issue in August
