right now there is about 6 feet at the tops of the mountains. should be closer to 10 for a normal winter.
one thing that has changed in all this climate change is how smoky august is. It is truly a by product of our lack of winters anymore.

This afternoon took the pup for a walk think he's getting cabin fever as he chewed through some stuff in the house last couple days. Electric cords and some rugs. Might need to make this more regular for him to entertain him.

had an mri on my left ankle. I was hoping they found something, but not 3 things.
first is arthritis
2nd is an impingement. basically a nerve pinched between bones
3rd I have a tear in a ligament.

I go to the ankle guy to see how to fix it on febuary 1st.

Did great on the recumbent bike got 10.11 miles on a 30 min ride on rolling hills setting.

Then I joined a 31 day (push up, squat, lunge) challenge on myfitnesspal app. Didn't go hard core on the first day went with out weights and pushups and I don't get along.

3 sets 5 push ups(knees)
2 sets 10 lunges both legs
3 sets 10 squats

Did these after my bike ride

I wonder why my pics are so small when I post...?
Well, at least its just the pics and not something else! [emoji38]

Joking aside, maybe try changing the resolution of the pic before posting?

Some other ideas are that it might be some setting buried in the guts of the phone where it reduces large file sizes to save on your data-depending on whether you are connected to wifi or the mobile data network. Could try posting when you are on wifi vs the mobile network-see if there's a change.
