Squat 3x10
Lunges 1x20
Leg extensions 3x10. 50lbs
Bench. 3x10 65lbs
Incline bench 3x10 65lbs
Chest flys 3x10 20lbs
Shoulder press 3x10 40lbs
Bicep curls 3x10 20lbs each arm
Bent row 3x10 65lbs
Shrugs 3x10 65lbs

Shoveled for 15 minutes. With a few breaks as windchill was -34 degrees

I saw the doc today, surgury, kevlar cadavers, 7 weeks recovery . fick
off to molokai for the last bit of freedom.

Worked 11hours got home at 10pm and had to be up at 6am so no workout

Saturday
Recumbent bike 25 mins 8.4 miles. Got a new fit bit shows heart rate I was between 114-125 most of the ride

You guys have some great running pace I tell yeah what. My PR a year and half ago was 26:17 for a 5k

Very short carry type of workout yesterday. Should get a good chest workout in this evening, may have about 4 space heaters rock and rolling.

Scott, ironically, I'm doing a chest workout tonight as well.
I've always observed Monday as international chest/bench day at the gym! LOL

Lifting

Leg extensions 3x10. 50lbs
Leg curls. 3x10. 50lbs
Bicep curls 3x10 40lbs
Shoulder press 3x10. 40lb
Lunges 3x20
Squats 3x10
(Between sets of lunges and squats did 30secs of standing punches keep heart rate up)

Bench press 3x10 65lbs
Chest flys 3x10 20lbs
Bent row 3x10. 65lbs
Shrugs 3x10. 65lbs
Bench press 3x8. 115lbs

Ab crunches 5x20. Did these between bench press sets
