3.52 mile run @ 8:22/mi followed by 30mins of upper body/abs circuit training.

Probably should have explained a little more. I?m fairly active and am just starting back in the gym. Our local community college has an excellent facility. I had a total hip replacement just after Labor Day. The surgery was a complete success. I?m 5?10? and 211 lbs. im easing back into the cardio and all is well. I?m not trying to ?body build? but just trying to ?buff up?. Sitting behind a desk all day will let you lose a lot at my age. I?ve always been stout but notice lately I?ve been losing some strength. I have no problem with diet and am committed to eating right. Just didn?t want to over work a muscle group.

Monday

Did my weigh in today normally sundays but worked sunday. Was first one since mid December.

343.5 so up 1.5 pounds since mid December.

Me and a buddy of mine decided to be accountability buddies so we text each other to see how we are doing like the guys here on the forum but one more person on my butt.

My workout today 20 mins on the elliptical got 1.72 miles.

3 degrees this morning, no running for me so hit the spin bike for 8 miles @ 2:05/mi pace, followed up by 30 mins of circuit training this evening.

Nice 2.75mi through freshly snowed on woods & quad trails Sunday morning & just a quick 2.1 today, got the pace down to 8:06 today, heart rate mostly in the 170’s tho....whoa boy haha

3.25 mile hike this morning with pack & dumbell strapped on, total weight loss after pack (& Kimber pro raptor) removed, 38.5lbs. Followed by 30 mins of upper body/abs circuit training.

ahh the beach bod workout haha

I've been doing the stronglifts 5x5 to get my legs back under me. Squatting 5x5 3 times a week seems to be working well so far.
Yeah-and you got a look good for the trophy photo-right LOL.

I?m hitting the 5 x 5 program on chest right now and making 10 pound increases every week
