First workout in 5 days, been sick as a dog. Did back, biceps, and abs and rode a couple miles on the bike.

My first race got moved from april 23 to april 30. Then my next race is may 7 and then another may 20. 3 races really close together. Then one in july another end of sept and yet another begining of october

I have really discovered my body needs a rest day at least once a week. My weight loss will slow or stop after 5 or 6 days of hard workouts but I always have a big drop after the rest day. I'm finding it harder and harder to "take a day off" though. My body just wants to go and sitting at a desk all day is tough.It's time to listen to my body. I may have pushed it just a little too hard on Saturday and I'm still a little sore today from that workout. Even with two days of no real workout just a few walks. This morning I added some jogging in between sets to get the blood flowing properly.
