I use myfitnesspal app it makes it so easy. Normally i only take in around 1500-1600 calories but im on vacay in florida so being a little less tough on the count this week.

Lost 95 pounds in just over a year doing it with exercise so it works

3.6 miles today 35:47 for a 9:56 pace. About half into a nice 25mph wind. Still a bit slow but it was nice to get outside

Getting ready to embark on some slow, steady state cardio. Planning several miles of walking the next few days shed hunting with my son.

I took yesterday off to recover and had a "cheat day". I ate about 1500 calories. The scale didn't know as I was still another pound down this morning.

Moved my exercise bike into the den today so I could watch the NCAA games and monitor my bracket all while pedaling my butt off.
Rode 14+ miles while paying attention to the tv.

Oh and the best part we stopped at a under armor store and i tried on some fitted long sleeve under shirts and was super excited to see i could wear a xl instead of xxl shirt. I still went with the xxl because the xl was tight for my shoulders and chest so figured id stay with the xxl for now

Might be one of my best workouts. Lots of sledge hammer/tire stuff. Core is shot.
