Nice run tonight in the warm weather felt pretty good minus my 3rd mile my stomach was acting up.

Put on 31 miles last week. Down exactly 40 pounds since January 31st (271 to 231). Only down side is none of my clothes fit lol. 30 more pounds to go!

Does mean new clothes though which is nice remember when i had to change my whole wardrobe. About to the point where i need to go down 2 more pants sizes and possible another shirt size . Had to get an emergency shipped swimsuit just before vacay cause my previous ones no longer fit. It is a good feeling

Did some swimming monday and did good only took in 1900 cals which included a drink on the porch. Getting my 8 hours of should help hopefully

Put in 4 miles last night and full lower body workout. Upper body and another 4 miles tonight. Have been staying a little below 1500 calories a day to lose fairly quickly. Have given up bread and alcohol completely until I hit 200 pounds. I graduated in 1993 at 202.... Very motivated to get there again.

I use myfitnesspal app it makes it so easy. Normally i only take in around 1500-1600 calories but im on vacay in florida so being a little less tough on the count this week.

Lost 95 pounds in just over a year doing it with exercise so it works
