Thanks, back in my football days the pull ups were weighted and the hang cleans were with 225lbs haha But it does feel good to throw some weight around instead of just running.

Starting to ramp up our training. Turkey season soon in the Black Hills. Only seven months until deer archery starts for us. Gotta be ready. 3 seasons in 2 states over 3 months.

Our conditioning paid off well last fall, but we have an even bigger schedule and higher expectations this year.

Been trying to fight off a cold this week and not working out. I feel myself getting fatter and out of shape by the day.

Incline Bench; worked up to 225 x 6 x 3
Push Ups; 3 sets of 25 (next w/o move up to 28)
EZ Curls; worked up to 105 x 3, 125 x 3, 135 x 3
Seated incline D/B curls; 35 x 10 x 3
Traps: 205 x 10 x 3 (held the squeeze at the top on each rep- felt the burn!)

Bonecollector, your run times paired with the weights you're moving are pretty impressive. Do you find it difficult to improve both your runs and lifting simultaneously?

Get a good stretch session and a light workout when you get there.
Yeah having the 8 month old and 3 year old slows the travel time a bit lol. Made it to Elizabethtown ky about 1230am was 1 am before we all crawled in bed and up again at 8 for breakfast and about to leave again. Going to need a short workout. Tonight for sure we probably wont make it to orlando today

Eatting wise have been great last few days. Arpund 2500-2600 calories. We are at where we are staying now. And it has a kitchenette so we can cook a little and not eat out to much. Inlaws getting in late. So got a quick workout before bed here just something light after lots of driving.

Tabata
Mountain climbers
Jumping squats
High knee
Jumping jacks


Then did some ab workouts.
