Good run with a cold. I'd take the running stuff with you. Might find a run or two on vacation could help offset a vacation diet

Kinda what i was leaning toward and the resort also has tons of pools and i love swimming. Plus ill have a day where ill be walking like crazy at disney

Yeah i think im bring the stuff for running for sure now besides the stuff for the gym. And the pool will be good exercise as well

Sunday. A bit of active recovery after the 10k, 15 min on the treadmill and 10 on the spin bike.

Lifting-chest and tri
Dumbell press 70lbs 8x3
push ups 15x3
dips 10x3
triceps machine thinger 10x3

Took as my normal rest day cold was beating my butt anyways

Weigh in was up .6 pounds so up just under 2 pounds last 2 weeks.

Hopefully kick this cold before vacay

Monday

Recumbent bike 30 mins on pikes peak got 10.1 miles.

Went with a shorter ride cause cold is still lingering and want plenty of sleep to help fight it and we are in full clean and pack mode.

Just finished up my run not great time but i added 2 of the bigger hills in town on to my route tonight which might have a lottle to do with that
