Work has been brutal lately. Shorter workout time available, but I keep after it by breaking down days just to keep progressing.
Tuesday: EZ curls - worked up to 115 x 5, 135 x 5 x 2
I don't know why they're called EZ, I was busting arse! :p
I know how that goes we been short staffed at work and lots of call ins due to illness. Been hard getting my normal workouts. Been about a week / week and a half since i lifted. Hoping to get it in tomorrow.


Rode recumbent bike 41 mins on cross training setting got 15 miles

Went for 30 min walk with the family then did my run and got another one of my goals to be sub 28. Hit 27:59. But for some reason the app rolled it up to 28 not sure why but adding my times up its 27:59.



Lifts

Bench press & incline bench & bicep curls

3 sets 10 50lbs

Chest fly
3 sets 10 20lbs
Military press & bent row

3 sets 10 50lbs (twice)

Ab crunches and bicycle crunches
3 sets 30

Nope. Woke up to about 6 inches of snow this morning. Snow through Friday afternoon and it looks like it'll be about 10 degrees Saturday morning. Not looking forward to this

my work out partner has disappeared. She is no longer around.

However my wife was telling me about a bald eagle eating on a turkey yesterday and then the eagle landed on a tree 200 yards away.
swaro 15x56's do bring things in close.

Worked up to these worksets:
Military Press: 185lb x 10 x 3
Side Delts: 35lb x 10 x 3
OVH Tricep Extensions: 45lb/per hand (at same time) x 10 x 3 These are tough, but build core while targeting triceps
Traps: 255 x 10 x 3

"Due to the heavy winter storm we are unable to clear the pathway and conduct the Frostbite run on Saturday, February 25th. "

Looks like I will not be running the 10k this weekend. I'll get a workout in the gym instead tonight, lots of shoveling yesterday.

Yeah, I am turning into a wimp... I brought my kettle bells back inside with the cold snap so I wouldn't aggravate my cold but still wanted to get a little bit of a workout in this morning.

4 miles on the treadmill 42 minutes. About a minute of walking in the beginning and one in the middle to shed a sweatshirt. Felt ok. Some back and biceps to finish of the workout
