I know how that goes we been short staffed at work and lots of call ins due to illness. Been hard getting my normal workouts. Been about a week / week and a half since i lifted. Hoping to get it in tomorrow.Work has been brutal lately. Shorter workout time available, but I keep after it by breaking down days just to keep progressing.
