Yeah shie break in is fun. My new pair i got ive taken to wearing well we go on our family walks to help with breaking them inMonday: Trying out new shoes. Hokas. I ran alone as I used to do a lot. The training with the local running club sure is making a difference. I was only giving 50-75% effort at times and focused on the breaking in the new shoes and had a near personal best on the old course.

With the cold spell I was stuck in the basement rather than my garage. Lots of push ups, DB work and some kettle bell work.

Pretty happy with my result for it being 14 degrees at the start and not too much training. I hadn't ran over 4 miles before this.
