Last night was circuit training. I was tried and drenched in sweat by the end.
Then it was off to continue the work in the barn lofts.

if you are ever in Helena Montana, they have a sweet trail system that takes off from downtown.
todays plan is a gooder, ride the CDT out of butte, while everyone else is at the golf tournament.
cdt= continental divide trail.

Got to bring him home today. And settled in. Felt bad for the dog who was couped up for 3 days with only potty breaks. So took him on a nice 20 min walk. Servesbas angood warmup. Then found time to do my run.

Wow! Just found this thread on the forum. You guys are beasts! 😨 Good work all 'round and an inspiration/motivation for us all! 😉

I like how folks are sharing their workouts and results.

My workout is pretty lame-mostly cardio-I try to jog a mile + box/with the bags for 20min /day plus follow a 'poor man's' modified paleo diet (lots of lean meats, nuts, veggies, fruits)

These workouts give me some ideas of other stuff to try.

Let's hear it, who has the fastest mile? I never did timed until last week and ran one in7:29 on the treadmill. Surely some of you runners crush that time!

Those are really nice times. I try to stick to a 10 minute pace, but have run a mile in just under 8 within the last couple years. Volume is pretty low right now.
