Yeah had to make up for the 3 days at the hospital and 1 day on call waiting to be called in. My eatting was bad bad well we were there and it showed today with my weighin up 5.4 pounds. Gained all i lost last week. But getting back in my good habits and exercise routine at the end of longn unroutine week. So we should be back to normal with this new week. Not happy with the weigh in but know it will happen once and a while.

Nice work bro!
I love seeing your progress.
I've been working on the farm a lot this past week. 1 run and 1 weight day, but I've been busting it outside. Got a lot done. Also put in a shooting range and 'shooting dock'.

Make sure you are doing some incline or stair step work. I can walk all day on flat ground but climbing mountains with a pack on is totally different. Quads and hammies need extra work with those glutes too.

Got a 5 mile hike in (2.5 miles uphill) out and back on the 4th. Normally I'd run the Sunday before. Was a nice leg stretch after a couple days of driving. My scouting partner was pretty proud she could "hang with me".

Tuesday night late I needed to clear my head with a run so I knocked out 4.85 and set a PR on that course running in the dark by head lamp. What mile split improved most? The one on the Hill (Mile 3). I like that...
