Rode recumbent bike 30 mins on cross training setting 9.1 miles

Thursday
Off day mainly cause i got errands to run and meeting up with my parents for dinner before an early bedtime. So just no time to fit it in today. Not a bad thing though legs feel a little sore after yesterday's work out

It was a bit more challenging, but not too bad.
I'll need to work in a few more of these before fall. (Wyoming & Montana)

bought a set of dumbbells for doing man makers in my office at work.

it is amazing how you can be consistent in your workouts and than a stressful part of life comes into play and when you need to work out, you can not find the time. But when you force the time, you do feel better.

My update.

Sunday i took as a rest day and family day. Also ended havingba rest day Monday cause i closed then opened on Tuesday at work leaving me time to workout once i was home.

Tuesday started a training program by couch to 5k. To get ready for my 5k in August. Suppose to be a 9 week program but ill have long so ill be able to move weeks when i feel im ready to move up with out over doing it.

Week 1 is 5 minutes warmup walk (included in my route) . then 60 seconds jogging . Then 90 seconds walking. Repeat the 60/90 for 20 minutes. Here my first one.

Then i decided to try ride my new bike. Was good minus my legs were jello and i picked the most hill part of the rivertrail, along with learning my new bikes gears
