Thanks scott. It nice having guys on here for support and i appreciate it. Getting to that point were people are starting to notice the weight loss to which makes it even better. Ive also noticed my energy level has increased a good amount

Well I'm 2 weeks away from my annual Goal Race. A Trail Half Marathon. Since December I'm down 15 pounds, and I'm getting in plenty of midweek runs in addition to our long runs. I finished a 20K in December on one run a week. I don't recommend that....

Today I did a tough mountain climb of 1200 vertical feet in 2.4 miles. Leading up to hunting season I'm gonna have to run up that puppy weekly at least. The crew I followed up the mountain are some of the toughest ultrarunners I've known. 100 milers and top 10 finishers in 50 milers.

I usually can smoke anyone on the down hill but five of 'em left me in the dust. Well we will see if practice above your talent level really improves ya...

Took a day off today, trying to get better about listening to my body when it's sore. Will be running tomorrow morning and then lifting on Friday. Should be a good workout week.

Monday - orange theory workout, tues off, today - one heck of a kick ass circuit with Superbands, bosu ball, and a medicine ball. Amazing what you can do with a little knowledge! Who needs a gym......

No workout Wednesday. Caught a stonach bug and was tossing my cookies. Feeling better today but stomach a little off so might just do a light workout and see how i feel

Rode for 30 mins on recumbent bike setting cross training. 8.8 miles.

Upper body workout
Bicep curls 3 set of 10. 30#
Military press 3 set of 10. 30#
Tricep extensions 3 sets 10. 30#
Bench press 3 sets 10. 20#
Chest fly 3 sets 10. 20#
Shoulder press 3 sets 10. 20#
One arm row 3 sets 10. 20#
Lateral raises 3 sets 10 20#
Tricep press 3 sets 10. 20#
Bent over row 3 sets 10. 20#

been doing a body beast workout for last several weeks mixed with as much cardio as my knees will allow. really sucks cuz I used be a big runner, I love trail running but training for a marathon years back really screwed up my knees. always had good shoes too. tried running 6 last night and I did it but am paying for it now. time to get knees scoped I think, ugh!
