I am 73 now and am in better shape than I was at 50. I go to the gym 3 to 4 days a week. Mostly working on cardio stuff. I do 15 to 20 mins of stretching and then work on elliptical and treadmill for another hour. I just restarted back a couple of weeks ago after 9 months of doing nothing. I had a total ankle replacement in November and got the ok to start back at the gym a couple of weeks ago. Ankle fine...no pain or swelling. Should be ready for this fall.I am wore out after reading all that. I am 60 and I have got to start doing something to get fit, guess I will unbox the weight bench I bought several months ago, and try to get started. Not ready to throw in the towel just yet.
great recovery drink!Don't forget your beer. It's part of a well balanced diet
