Do you have a picture of this torture contraption?Did legs today and one of the trainers said they had a new piece of equipment I should try. " Jacobs Ladder" So after doing legs for a hour I gave it a shot. Well all I can say is after 8 minutes Jacob got his butt kicked !!

There is no motor you climb it like a ladder using your on energy the high on the ladder you get the faster it goes. Whew!! Your quads will be screaming.

My wife keeps saying something about the garage is where she wants to park her car. Not a place for all my workout stuff...Ironically I used "go" to the gym for years as I was sponsored and competing for 15+ years. The past 3 years, I've been working out in my basement and just recently (this week) started framing up some walls to produce a gym room and a man cave now that my wife has "prettied" up the upper floors. :-0
