Lifted realized i need to do incline bench more as i struggled with it today.

Incline bench 3x10 125lbs
Chest flyes 3x10 20lb dumbells
Pushups 3x10 need to increase reps
Hammer curls 3x15 20lb dumbell
Bicep curls 3x15 20lb dumbell
Shrugs 3x25 125lbs

Went on a run
5k run , then 6 - 100m sprints 20sec each, short jog back home from track

Glad to see you guys still hammering it. I have been away from the gym way to long. I could make excuses about moving and trying to get a homestead going plus work being crazy but the truth is I lost focus. Working on my diet now and looking to start the 75 HARD challenge with my wife to see if that gets me back on track. The covid thing really put the brakes on my wife competing and made it tough for her to focus. She also lost her job do to covid, but the gym is almost set up in the new house and we have a pasture full of groceries and I didn't draw anything this year so I should be able to get back on track and get my self right this fall

been doing my usual stuff, trying not to have a heart attack with supply chain issues. I am just going to say it, fuck these issues are going to kill me. the cost of transportation of the container was $4,000 in december, 7000 in march and i just got quoted $22,000 per can and i have lots of cans on order. price increases will not be stopping any time soon.

Spent most of the day at the range testing different handloads for my rifle. Walked a few miles back and forth to the target.
That is why I take my spotter with me.

But a few years ago I put in some miles when I was shooting at 250 yards. That hike to the target and back got old real quick.

I’m still killin in the gym l’m hammering core 3 days on 1 day off, and working on my 5k-10k speed. I’ve cut 45sec off my mile repeats. From 6:50 to 6:05 per mile in past few months. Not bad for my size and build. 🥳
