Today was my clean day, according to Fitbit I burned about 870 calories before 7:00 a.m. Not a bad morning at all and I still have plenty of day left to be very productive.

Been icing and sitting on butt for two days. One day more of this then we head east for Turkeepalooza 2019. This getting old crap sucks.

Chest and Triceps this morning. Went pretty well, but I did notice that with my late night last night I had some trouble finishing out a few sets. Was good to get to failure on a few though, with the switch over from my garage gym/hacks it has taken me a while to get all of my exercises where I want them.

Tomorrow is squat day and I am going to camp out at this weight for a while.

This is soooo me!! I train my ass of but my physique will never show it as I wont totally give up my favs like ice cream and other sweets.
It's the truth, lots of mental games go into it!

I read an article in Men's Health not long ago that surveyed a bunch of dudes who had washboard cut out abs. All of them said that it pretty much wasn't worth it it if their job wasn't to have them. They said they were literally hungry all the time and it made them grumpy most of the time as well. So, as long as my stomach is flat I am good with that!

Even skinny, weaklings have abs... real men have an ab!

I hear ya though guys... I work out religiously... weights, hiking, pack training, stadium stairs but I like beer and BBQ, Fish Fry and Steaks... as long as I can be effective on my hunts and play with my kids I'm good.
