Does anyone do anything differnt, added stretches, best stretches for IT band pain? I do more of a dynamic all body warm up now vice an all static stretch warmup.

My issue is post legs day I have pain on the hip area of connection of the ITB and the outside knee connection. More soreness on the hip but limping pain on the knee connection.

I'm thinking. Less squats? Better warmup targeting that more? Warmup with dynamic stuff and static ?

I roll it out, ice, Ibuprofen and within two days I'm good to go but it's starting to really hurt more the harder I push my body.

Thoughts, comments. Thanks
Might need to dial it down a little bit and let the body get used to it. Could be the body telling you it's not ready to go that far yet.

Warm ups would be much better then static stretching before a work out. Definitely live the foam rollers they help a lot for after workouts.

I joined a gym for the first time in years. I can't do my normal full body workouts, not even sure I should be doing upper body machines, but the doc did say pain will dictate what I can and can't do. So I have been doing a light circuit on 6 upper body machines at this little gym.

I miss my bicycle and snowmobile bad right now. on the flip side I am seeing close to a 100 elk a night driving home. They are down munching green grass in the fields, this time of year they are still snowed out of there summer range.
