Might need to dial it down a little bit and let the body get used to it. Could be the body telling you it's not ready to go that far yet.Does anyone do anything differnt, added stretches, best stretches for IT band pain? I do more of a dynamic all body warm up now vice an all static stretch warmup.
My issue is post legs day I have pain on the hip area of connection of the ITB and the outside knee connection. More soreness on the hip but limping pain on the knee connection.
I'm thinking. Less squats? Better warmup targeting that more? Warmup with dynamic stuff and static ?
I roll it out, ice, Ibuprofen and within two days I'm good to go but it's starting to really hurt more the harder I push my body.

One knew I had it at the 30 min mark as long as I kept going got 11.6 something miles at that point which was the furthest I had gotten in that stretch
