Foot hurts today so did 20 mins of lifting focused on arms staying off the bike today

Not looking to PR my half time but use it as a good tempo training style run and learn this new course for the future.

Well bonecollector im getting there slowly.

60 mins recumbent bike 22.56 miles added about a tenth of a mile from monday. Boy does it get to my legs though. Definitely have to stretch good after ward.


Some reason the app(tapatalk) isn't letting me thank/like people's post anyone else having that issue

Hang in there Tim. I've had a little issue with tendinitis in my left arm and some right knee discomfort. Getting better now, but I had to modify my workouts and take it down a notch.
Too much firewood cutting and such for me.

Sunday's weigh in wasn't good but wasn't bad. Literally stayed flat the exact same weight as last week. Think my night out with the wife the night before I weigh tipped it to be no loss. Still meal prepping and it's going good. Got a call from the Bariatric group and my first appointment is 22nd. My insurance requires at least 12 weeks of weight management courses and a medical need before they would cover the surgery(I really dont want to have to go under the knife). The course from what I read is time with nutritionists, exercise science specialists, and psychiatrist's. Go back to my regular doctor's the same day but in the morning to go over my blood work. Cholesterol was elevated 232 so may be put on med or seeing what the courses do we will.find out. Some of the cholesterol issues is genetic all the males on my dad's side uncles and grandfather started having major issues in the 30's. So I'm having the dr keep a close eye on it

If need be right down all of your medications and your dietary intake. You want to be as open and honest as you can with all of the doctors as they can help you better with more information supplied to them instead of guessing or making estimations.

Yeah it wont be hard to be open with them on all the med and stuff as I've used myfitnesspal for a long time 3 years? And then I had to fill out like a 20 plus page form on health history and all kinds of other stuff was crazy how much stuff they were asking for on that form
