I slowed down significantly to keep the intervals going. It was a pretty good workout, seriously guys, what do I have to do to get all of you to sign up runkeeper? The app is free!

I'm going to check both of these apps. Saturday I ran 5.5 miles in 52 minutes (all uphill) I know my pace was 8:30/mi the first few then slowed to about 10/mi pace to finish. I always have to make it hard. Rarely run not carrying some weight too. I'm just insane. :)

Forgive me if this has been posted- I read the first few pages and then realized there were 15 more...

Cameron Hanes is a really inspiring dude. He's all about fitness for hunting. A humble, inspiring dude. His videos are great fuel for that evening when you'd just rather not work out.

Cheerin' y'all on-

Agreed. I'd love to train with him one day. I think I train with the same crazy intensity. :)

Seriously, let's get a few people on run keeper! Thanks fire ninja
I was thinking of this post last night when everyone was keying up strava on there phones , before the our bike ride.
at the end of the ride, driving out, a bud pulls over and ask's, if i had checked strava yet.
these apps can get addicting.

On your smart phone go to your app store, and download Runkeeper. Once you have it is pretty self explanatory on the workouts.

At the end of the workout take a screen shot and then post it up here.

On the bottom right you can look for friends, look up Scott Reekers and you can see what my workout was.

I tried the app this morning on a short run. For some reason it only timed me for about 10 seconds. I had it in my camel back in a compartment. I think I must have turned it off when I slid it in the compartment. I will lock the screen next time.
