Ok, so how many of you get frustrated with your progress? I know I am at that point about now. Work and work your butt off to the point you can't hardly move cause your so sore only to have the scale throw it in your face that not only have you not lost but have actually gained a lb. I know 90% of the battle is in the kitchen and feel I am doing good in that department being I track my calories in My Fitness Pal. But still not coming off as fast as I'd think or feel it should being the effort I'm putting in. Guess I'll just have to pull up my big girl panties and keep on truckin lol :-D

Wyohntr, I feel your pain. I wasn't losing at all and then almost in a week 7lbs came off.

PM me your email and I will forward you the eating guide Rinda gave us.

Seriously guys, let's have some fun with run keeper. It would be really cool to add some people from the forum for accountability.

Would you mind if sent you a PM and you forward Rinda's meal plans......I am trying to follow the P90X meal plans but some meals are not really all great to eat. Also how many calories does she have you taking in?

Now that I am 50+ I found it very hard to loose those extra lbs. As much as i hate to run Running(Cardio) In the mornings before I eat anything seems to really work. I normally wait a hour or so to eat after I run.

My calorie intake is about 2400 for weight loss. I am headed to my cousin's wedding this weekend and it will be a very good trial to see how I can do managing what we we at on the road.

Hey guys, I will post that guide here. It is not super in depth but it's more or less a what to eat/not to eat guide.

I suppose I will share my secret........

That time is actually below 10:00 minutes. The first 5:00 minutes is a warm up that brings my average up significantly because I walk to start it off. Last night was brutal in a couple of the stretches because of the wind. Even so my actual pace was quite a bit lower than the 10:00 minute average.

I wish I would have kept track of my walks with the wife that were over 3 miles earlier in the challenge. I am a pretty firm believer in training your body to go a certain distance at a slower pace then knocking the time off. Being able to go this distance is also a good thing in regard to being able to push myself more over a shorter distance, i.e. a 5k.

As soon as we get moved into our new house I will be able to add some more lifting to this as well which will make a big difference.

I haven't forgotten about the food guide guys, just have a ton of stuff I am getting done.
