On Day 12 (straight, all days sits) I connected with this guy at 14 yards. Not near the biggest buck I was after and not even in the top 5, but he was a 4 yr old and was wounded from an expandable (likely Rage)... see open wound in pic. I rattled him in and he came in making a scene, limping and all. After 12 long days of grinding I decided to take the chip shot heart shot.32852

Did an all day sit on a public land hunt in GA last Wednesday. Killed this deer at 12:30. Not the biggest buck but I have drawn a lot of short straws this season. I was in some pretty serious terrain with 0 chance on dragging this deer out so he got a free backpack ride....

When I saw you used a pump I thought why is he using a shotgun in Georgia but appears its actually a pump rifle; is it a rem 7600?
