    OTC Antelope

Not sure very many states do OTC Antelope anymore except a few units in Wyoming. Need to check the websites as things change every year. Thye ones that are leftover in Wyoming usually are in units that are largely private land.

    Where is everyone?

In the last several months I have noticed a big drop off of posts. I would expect to see an increase of successful tag holders and future hunters asking lots of questions and asking for advice. Is it just me or have other members noticed the same thing?

Well it finally happened......I destroyed a gun.

The brass I use for hunting loads is all once fired. After mentally going thru the steps I took loading and pulling a couple of bullets and looking and weighing the powder, I am pretty sure I know what happened. I was out to the range working on new loads 2 weeks ago and had narrowed it down to...

Well it finally happened......I destroyed a gun.

Well it finally happened......I destroyed a gun.

Just disassembled the rifle. Got the bolt out and the barrel is actually loose, I can unscrew it 2 or 3 turns. The case (minus the head) is still in the chamber. I am wondering if I had a total case separation. With case separation, it doesn't take too much pressure to screw thing up. I can see...
