On it. :) It would require an extreme ball end mill tool and you may need to have access to a High speed milling machine. Not sure what the RPM'S would need to be for such a small end mill but it would have to be pretty darn fast. Potentially 10,000 RPM.

They do sell some cast moulds in the UK but your gun needs to fire at something like 190 bar to be able to shoot the things cause they are so heavy...

I wish I could find a swaging kit for pellets that was affordable. I would buy one in a heartbeat. I got tons (Literally) of lead I could cast pellets out of and shoot for free. Nobody makes a casting block that is very effective for pellet guns. Corbin makes a good press but holy smokes is...

I think the most important piece of equipment to use is a satellite communicator to get in touch with the outside world in case of an emergency. The second most important piece is a solar charger battery pack. The rest of the gear in your pack is simply semantics IMHO.

I wonder how hard a SEAK bear tag is to get since they didnt allow non-residents to hunt last year. Didnt they carry over? I found the whole AK application process to be a bit of a PITA. I had to get that tag something like a year and a half ahead of my hunt.
